I grew up in England, where water was more a nuisance than a precious resource. But after living in the desert for 7 years I’ve come to treasure water, and especially the mountain springs that surround the Las Vegas Valley. Every Spring they burst into life, cutting green swathes across our parched, but beautiful desert.
