Alexandra was born in Hamburg, Germany. After graduating High School, she worked in various creative areas including lithographer (1991), typesetter (1993) and a graphic designer (1994).
Alex later transitioned into customer service at the beginning of 2000. She has numerous training certificates in this area, such as: Training as a multiplier (2005), Logistics Training For Goods Transport (2007), Claims processing with direct payout authorization (2008), Ethics training (2009), Complaint Management (2009), Complaint processing (2010), Compliance Training (2010) additional coaching courses and have certificates as a Sales Coach (2015) Personalized orientated Sales (2016) Coach Customer Service (2016). She has also been highly recognized with awards for her work, such as: eKomi Gold medal for the best Customer Service (2017) and Award for the best customer service "very good" from Trusted Shops (2018). Alex’s focus is on advertising, logistics, e-commerce, and open banking.
In 2019, Alex moved to Las Vegas. She worked at McFarling Law Group as a Billing Specialist for about a year before transitioning to work again with Emily McFarling to manage McLitho Publishing.
Alex is the mother to three sons and is happily married. Two baby desert tortoises also keep her busy. She enjoys the great nature in Nevada such as short trips to Zion and Bryce Canyon.
